Professional Experience:
Involved in the land development industry in Southern California for 25+ years.
Responsibilities include project coordination with clients as well as budgeting,
invoicing and scheduling of projects with clients, agencies and staff. Directly
responsible for the design of several major subdivision projects within Orange and
Riverside Counties. Responsible for processing final engineering plans through the
appropriate governmental agencies. Supervises a staff of engineers, designers and
draftsmen who prepare preliminary and final engineering drawings, record maps, and
various exhibits. Prior to joining Mayers and Associates Civil Engineering, Inc.,
Gary worked as Hydrology/Hydraulic Section Manager and Project Manager for Hunsaker
& Associates Irvine, Inc. for over 13 years. Prior experience includes Associate
Civil Engineer for the City of Norwalk from 1982 to 1987.
