Larry Roberts has worked on many projects in land planning and real estate development
over the last 15+ years. Over the last eight years in California, Mr. Roberts has worked
as an entitlement project manager and land planner. Prior to moving to California, he
worked with Meadowbrook Golf Group designing and developing golf courses nationwide and
with retirement community developer and production builder, Florida Leisure Communities.
Prior to joining Mayers & Associates Civil Engineering, Inc., Mr. Roberts worked in the
land planning department of KB Homes designing residential subdivisions across the country.
He has also worked with other Orange County planning firms on large residential master
plans, mixed-use projects, retail centers, light-industrial complexes and other land use plans.
