Applicant should have a minimum of 2 years experience designing and supervising others engaged in designing construction improvement plans pertaining to residential subdivisions and retail / commercial development. Applicant will be responsible for all aspects of a particular project including interfacing with owners, designers and governmental agencies from beginning of design until governmental approval of the plans. |
